Former Sex Pistol’s Star: Glen Matlock On ‘God Save The Queen’ Rerelease | Good Morning Britain

He may have co-written the anti-establishment anthem 'God Save the Queen', but original Sex Pistols bass guitarist Glen Matlock now says the monarchy has grown on him, and he's come to the conclusion the monarchy protects people from politicians. He’s celebrating at his mate’s British pub in LA.
The controversial 1977 Sex Pistols hit has been re-released in time for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee — 45 years after it was banned.
